千年前,，西域人通過絲綢之路來到長安經(jīng)商。燉羊肉湯時，人們將干硬的小面餅“饦饦饃”掰碎煮入湯中,，稱之為“羊羹”,，這是羊肉泡饃的前身。

During the Tang Dynasty, the ancient Silk Road spanned thousands of miles. It stretched from Chang'an through the Hexi Corridor, Xinjiang and Central Asia to the eastern coast of the Mediterranean, and it was a conduit for thousands of foreigners traveling to Chang'an to trade and to study.

后來,，羊肉泡饃成為陜西一絕，有“天下第一碗”的美譽,。一句“三千萬秦人齊吼秦腔,，一碗羊肉泡喜氣洋洋”，表達(dá)了陜西人對羊肉泡饃的喜愛,，更展現(xiàn)了陜西人的豪邁和熱情,。上世紀(jì)80年代，泡饃甚至進(jìn)入國宴,，成為招待賓客的特色菜肴,。

這一碗熱氣騰騰的泡饃，結(jié)合了西域與中原的美食精華,，從曾經(jīng)滋養(yǎng)絲路商旅,，到如今榮登國宴餐桌、招待四海賓客,，成為絲綢之路上不同文明互相學(xué)習(xí),、不斷交融的生動縮影。進(jìn)入新的世紀(jì),，隨著“一帶一路”倡議的提出,，全球掀起了共建人類命運共同體的新高潮。不同膚色的人們有了更加深入的交流,，不同文明在求同存異中有了更新的發(fā)展,。
